Maximize Gross Profits, Minimize Costs!

Sellers will submit vehicles they wish to sell via WIN.

• IFG will notify sellers when a matched buyer for their consigned vehicle exists.
• IFG will only actively shop information on consigned vehicles with the explicit consent of the seller.
• Sellers can upload their inventories to IFG so they can see all of their WIN matches.

Buyers will submit vehicle "wish lists" via WIN. The only fees to participating dealers occur upon the successful completion of a brokered transaction.

• Seller Fees are $200 per vehicle.
• Buyer Fees are $200 per vehicle.

Buyers are responsible for the transportation of all purchased vehicles, either personally or by 3rd party transportation firms.

• IFG offers transportation services by bonded 3rd-party firms.  Those transportation firms (not IFG) are responsible for any damage they incur on vehicles they transport.

Both sellers and buyers will be examined by IFG to ensure that both parties do not have a history of fraudulent activity.

• Both sellers and buyers will be held financially responsible to remedy all hard expenses resulting from "unwound" deals that are deemed to be their fault.
• Buyers will deposit funds into an IFG escrow account via ACH transfer for the amount of the vehicle, purchase price, transportation fee, and buyer fees prior to the purchased vehicle being shipped.
  • In the event of an "unwound" transaction that results from default by the buyer, all buyer funds deposited in the escrow account will be returned within 24 hours by ACH transfer, minus all transportation fees and a $100 IFG service charge.
  • In the event of a successful transaction, IFG will ACH transfer funds to the seller within 24 hours for the price of the vehicle minus the $200 seller fee.
• Sellers will voluntarily submit to an underwriting process by IFG, including:
  • Credit checks
  • Better Business Bureau checks
  • State Attorney General checks
  • Personal credit reference checks

Based upon those checks, IFG will categorize dealers into three different categories:

• Tier 1 - no deposits into IFG escrow accounts are required.
• Tier 2 - a $750 deposit into an IFG escrow account is required.
  • Upon the successful completion of 10 transactions, the $750 deposit is returned to the dealer & that dealer is reclassified to "Tier 1".
• Tier 3 - a $1,250 deposit into an IFG escrow account is required.
  • Upon the successful completion of 10 transactions, $500 of the deposit is returned to the dealer & that dealer is reclassified to "Tier 2".
  • In the event of an "unwound" transaction that results from the default by the seller, all transportation fees and a $100 IFG service charge will be charged to the seller.
