family of dealers!
After a dealer has completed the dealer registration, the dealer will receive an email confirmation. All information completed during dealer registration will be kept completely confidential and secure in our encrypted database. This information must be collected in order for the VITAL system to establish additional services for your dealership, including new products and services.
Once the dealer registration has been completed, the dealer will be able to print out the various pre-filled forms. All the dealer has to do is print, review, sign, and send the completed documents, along with the following items, to IFG’s Processing Center via US Mail:
- Signed application
- Signed IFG VITAL Contract
- Signed lender agreements
- Copy of dealer's license
- Copy of dealer's drivers license
- Copy of current inventory
- Photos of dealership
- Copy of business and/or corporate documents
- Copy of current financial statement
Once IFG’s Processing Center has received the above referenced documents, the account will be activated.
