Chad Knudson, Infinite Financial Group
Mr. Knudson began his development career at the University of North Dakota being employed by UND Aerospace as a software engineer on a “blue sky” research and development team building air traffic control simulator software. In addition to his work as a software engineer, Mr. Knudson worked on the deployment of Novell Netware throughout the Center for Aerospace Sciences and the Scientific Computing Center. He also worked as a self-employed network consultant throughout his college years.

For over 6 years, Mr. Knudson held a software development position with Microsoft in Redmond, Washington. While on the Microsoft Works team, Mr. Knudson worked as a member of the engineering team that designed and built the word processing component of Microsoft Works. During his tenure at Microsoft, he worked on the Microsoft Office and Works software development teams. In 2000, Mr. Knudson was awarded a US Patent and Microsoft Patent Award for his work on cross-process common system resource data sharing.

Becky Knudson, VP/Operations Manager
In addition to her formal business education at the University of North Dakota, Ms. Knudson’s business career has included supervising loan document processors who prepared both consumer and commercial loan documents at Community First Bancshares, a $6 billion financial institution. Her group was responsible for preparing the loan documents for branches within the Community First 11 state footprint. Many laws and regulations (both federal and state-specific) had to be adhered to, and Ms. Knudson was responsible for overseeing the preparation of these documents.

Ms. Knudson then went on to serve as a senior compliance officer for Bank of the West, a $50 billion financial institution. In this role, she gained expertise in bank regulation and how financial institutions need to adhere to these regulations through implementing policies, procedures, and systems that would ensure compliance. During this time, Ms. Knudson attended the American Banker’s Association National Compliance School, a highly intense academia that involved the study of both consumer and commercial bank regulations.

Robert DiGiacomo, Regional Director
After attending the Westchester Business Institute in New York for accounting, Mr. DiGiacomo began his career in the automotive industry in 1991. Shortly thereafter, he was promoted from sales to finance. Mr. DiGiacomo then went on to be the director of finance for the largest stand alone franchise auto dealer in the northeast, averaging over 1,000 used vehicles sold every month, with in excess of 450 sub-prime contracts.

After 15 years and a very successful career, Mr. DiGiacomo began his own private finance company, providing lending solutions for individuals and businesses. Loan products that he furnished ranged from private asset based loans to home mortgage financing. In addition, Mr. DiGiacomo currently works as a special finance consultant and director in New York metro area dealerships, specializing in building sub-prime departments in dealerships that haven't had them.

After learning of the VITAL system and becoming familiar with what VITAL can do to assist dealers, wholesalers, finance managers, used car managers, and just about every other person who works in a dealership, Mr. DiGiacomo immediately asked how he could be involved. He has since resigned his position as finance director and now is a full time member of our team!

“In my entire career, including every trade show, auto show, special finance convention, etc., I have never seen a product like this one. It is literally, the most comprehensive, “no brainer” system out there. There is no other system that does 1/3 of what this system can do. It will re-invent selling and all finance departments everywhere!”
